Bigfolks.com may publish with your written consent your story or link to your site as part of the Story of the Month.  We will not disclose more information than what you submit to us.

Bigfolks is respectfull of the Children Online Privacy Protection Act.  We do not collect knowingly data from children under 13, nor do we market to children under 13.  Children under 13 may not participate in any online activities on the Bigfolks.com site.

Bigfolks.com reserves the right to use IP addresses information to administer our website, analyze trends, and help make technology as well as marketing decisions.
